This music video from India is very bizarre. It features a guy dressed up like superman and a woman dressed up as spiderman flying around (on a bad blue screen), singing, dancing, and fighting off baddies.

One of the most emailed photos on Yahoo today is this photo of a giant strawberry shaped cake. Apparently they made it in the Philippines and it won the Guiness World Record for being the largest fruit shortcake. The woman is cutting the cake with a sword. It doesn't list what the cake is made out of on the caption for the photo howerver.

This commercial�has some pretty amazing particle effects but as far as branding goes I have no idea what they are trying to sell. The first particle effect is a bean bag made out of floating glass spheres, next up is a feather clowd around a woman, and lastly some kind of reverse zero gravity water bath bubble.

The woman in this video sculpts a cake to look like a baby for a cake sculpting competition. The video is a time lapse video where it is sped up to show the cake being created in about three minutes. It looks bizarre.

Here is what appears to be a music video except that is done completely with 3D animation with a flat color palette. It starts out with a world view and then zooms in on the UK. It keeps zooming in more and focuses on a specific house with a woman inside. It animates various life tasks and feels somewhat like one of those really large�ecosystem sketch�books. The woman gets up, east breakfast, goes to work, goes to lunch, goes back to work, and comes home again. A montage of the McDonalds culture if you will. At the end it zooms out and zooms in on Japan.

Here is a commercial for Double A paper which makes paper for copy machines. In this commercial there is a woman who apparently uses sub quality paper which causes a jam in her copy machine. She starts going crazy and attacking the copy machine but then something unexpected happens. The copy machine transforms into a giant robot who grabs the papers she is holding and starts hitting her with them before ripping them up. And this makes me want to buy Double A paper how again? Wait it doesn't.

In this video there are a number of video clips of various people getting surprised by their friends. It mostly consists of people jumping out of boxes, trash cans, and just about anywhere you'd least expect it. One video has a cat jumping out of a trash can and scaring the guy that walked up to it pretty good. Another one of the prank clips has what is probably a rookie police officer in a morgue and the 'dead' person stands up. It closes with a woman walking over to a sink full of water and a foot coming up out of the water and wiggling around. There is probably a kid under the sink with his leg up the drain pipe and sealed with some kind of rubber gasket.

Here's a video from what looks like some kind of tradeshow at the Philips booth where they demonstrate light emitting fabric called lumalive. They have people wearing t-shirts with moving light animations on them, chairs with moving light images in the backs of them, and a couch with the back filled with light moving icons. The video is pretty light on technical details however. As far as I can tell the tshirts look pretty bulky (somewhat like a bulletproof vest). The back of the chair though looks pretty good and the woman even presses in on the light area to show that it isn't just a flat light emitting�surface. I'm guess it's either embedded LEDs, electroluminescence, or a flexable LCD.

The illusionist in this video seperates a woman in half in broad daylight in front of an audience. First up he uses some misdirection by picking a bystanding and then dismissing her for being too short. Next up he brings a really tall woman up to the front and has her lay on a park bench. He has one person pull her arms and one person pull her legs. He puts his hands on her middle and pounds it (which I assume releases the clasp between the midget and the amputee). Next he has the two people pull and the woman splits in half. The top half of her crawls away and the bottom half sits up. I assume the midget probably can see out of the skirt (and therefore walk around).
